Avent P fresh air units
The fresh air unit consists mainly of two highly efficient DC fans with backward bent blades, two filters and a cross-counter-current heat exchanger. The outside air is sucked in by a fan through a filter and the heat exchanger and supplied to the rooms as supply air.
The humid, used up air (exhaust air) from the kitchen, bathroom and WC is also filtered and exhausted by the heat exchanger and blown outside the house by the second fan. Almost the entire thermal energy of the exhaust air is transferred to the supply air in the heat exchanger. This is done by means of metal plates without any direct contact between the two air currents, so that there is no risk at all of any odours, harmful substances and moisture being transferred. A silencer is installed in the supply air line and exhaust air line to silence the fan noises.
For allergy sufferers, it is possible to install a highly effective electrostatic allergy filter in addition to the unit filters.
